Please note that refusing an order will result in responsibility for associated shipping charges. If a package is refused due to customs duties or taxes and the package is abandoned or returned to sender, a $300 fee will be deducted to offset international shipping and product costs.

Additionally, if an order is returned due to an incorrect address or being left unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return-to-sender fees and is not eligible for an order refund in the case of abandoned packages.
