For an optimal customer experience, in-stock orders are swiftly processed and shipped upon placement. Most in-stock orders (excluding preorders or backorders) are shipped within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order is placed, there is a 20-minute window before it is processed. After this, our automated system quickly moves your order to “Pick and Pack” status, and we’re unable to make cancellation requests.

In the event you need to cancel an order, an $8.76 fee may apply if it has already moved to the packing stage. If a tracking number has been generated, unfortunately, the order cannot be canceled. For assistance, kindly reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to help.
