We welcome all customers, regardless of their location, to return their items. To initiate an international return, please click here and provide your order number and phone number to start the return process. You may also purchase a prepaid shipping label from the carrier through our portal.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including hang tags and original packaging. Please note the following:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please use our Return Portal to initiate your return and follow the instructions to send items back to our designated return facility. Returns sent to any other location will not be processed.
- Returns shipped after the 14-day window or items that are not in their original condition, missing hang tags, or packaging may result in the item being sent back to you, or a store credit being issued.
- To help us process your return or exchange quickly, please upload clear photos showing the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item received).
Important Information:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for international returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label or cover return shipping expenses for orders outside the U.S.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please note that any shipping fees incurred (including the original shipping cost and return shipping) are non-refundable.
