We welcome all customers, regardless of their location, to return their items. To initiate an international return, please click here and provide your order number and phone number to start the return process.

Important Information:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for international returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label or cover return shipping expenses for orders outside the U.S.
• Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
• Please note that any shipping fees incurred (including the original shipping cost and return shipping) are non-refundable.
