Order Cancellation and Refunds 

At Parisa Wang, we are committed to enhancing your shopping experience by processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Here is our policy regarding order cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Immediate Action Required: Due to our commitment to prompt service, in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment immediately after you place them. Because of our automated shipping process, we cannot make changes once processing begins.
  • Contact Us Immediately: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] at your earliest convenience. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to halt your order before it ships, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been released to fulfillment. Once an order is in the fulfillment process, it cannot be stopped due to the automation of our shipping system.

Handling Pre-Shipped Orders

  • Shipping Window: Most orders, unless specified as preorders or backorders, are shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
  • Cancellation Post-Shipment: If your order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled, we ask that you wait for the delivery and then follow our standard return procedure.

Return Procedure for Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Once you receive your order, you may return the merchandise in accordance with our return policy, which is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
