Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including hang tags and original packaging. Please note the following:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please use our Return Portal to initiate your return and follow the instructions to send items back to our designated return facility. Returns sent to any other location will not be processed.
• Returns shipped after the 14-day window or items that are not in their original condition, missing hang tags, or packaging may result in the item being sent back to you, or a store credit being issued.
• To help us process your return or exchange quickly, please upload clear photos showing the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item received).

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for items purchased directly through our website. If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace or exchange it at no additional cost. If the specific style is no longer available, we will offer a similar product of equal value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Please note that worn or damaged products may be returned to the customer.

If your return is approved, you may choose your preferred refund method:

• Refund to your original payment method (minus any return shipping label fees).
• Full refund in Parisa Wang store credit, which never expires.
